Liability
By registering for and participating in the Bloom Women’s Conference, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation:
I understand that my participation in this event is completely voluntary. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or loss that may occur during my participation.
2. Release of Liability:
I hereby release and hold harmless Destiny Church, Destiny Community Center, She Dwells Ministries, Mechelle Porter, event volunteers, and affiliated staff from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, illness (including COVID-19), loss, or damages arising from or in connection with my participation in this event.
3. Vendor Disclaimer:
I acknowledge that any products purchased or food consumed from on-site vendors are done at my own risk. Destiny Church, Destiny Community Center, She Dwells Ministries, and Mechelle Porter are not liable for any issues or reactions related to vendor goods or food.
4. Health & Safety Acknowledgment:
I affirm that I am in good health and will not attend if experiencing symptoms of illness. I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken, but participation in any public event carries risk.
5. Photo/Video Release:
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and ministry purposes by She Dwells Ministries and Destiny Church. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use.
By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver in its entirety.
